"My elderly husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, 2 full days. Could easily have stayed for longer. The villas were all separate and quite private and all in a semi-circle back from the pool area, and only a short walk from the main building. Lovely open-air restaurant for meals - breakfast was included in our rate. Staff - were a delight. Treated "Papa" with great respect. Cars were available for hire - we hired one but with a driver - best decision ever. Had a great 6 hour day out."

"The resort is lovely, as is the staff, very friendly, however there was on a few occasions a miscommunication from staff regarding ordering of food, (was often wrong), booking massages and check out proceedure re luggage, the food was average to not very good. If ordering room service be prepared to wait. Our bed in room 306 was very uncomfortable to the point of not being able to sleep without waking every hour or so, can feel all the lumps and springs. Room was clean and fantastic ocean view. The balcony could do with more comfortable chairs and maybe ones not as low as we found it a challenge to get up out of. Also some sort of shade screen for the balcony would be good so you can actually sit out there in the afternoon to enjoy the view without getting cooked. Overall the resort is good, the location and view is excellent, taxis are cheap just agree to price first, we paid WST 10 to go into Apia, we hired a car for the day, and explored the island, can arrange this at reception. We used Saks car rental. Our guided tour was good however he did not take us to all the listed places and was done 2hrs ahead of schedule, so make sure you get what you paid for. We realised after the tour. Also pack your own lunch in a cooler bag if possible our provided chicken rolls were in the sun on the front seat all morning , needless to say, I did not consume mine. Overall the resort is good but vould be be better."

"Booked 3 overwater bungalows for a family holiday. Upon arrival, the staff member had trouble with my room key. Instead of resolving the issue, they relocated us to a beachfront room with 1 bed, which was unsuitable for me, my partner, and 13-year-old. After expressing dissatisfaction, the staff apologized and eventually sorted out the room, revealing a mistake with our name and room details. To make matters worse, we were also very disappointed with the cleaning staff as money went missing from two of our bungalows, raising serious concerns about security and trust issues absolutely infuriating. This was taken up with the manager and sorted. The place is a bit outdated, and there's only one pool, which is deep - not great for younger kids. On the plus side, the beach is great. Although the stay was not great, we did meet a couple of friendly staff members. If not for them, I would rate this a 1."
